Pill poppers, methheads, and swingers. Management was told of a sex offender illegally, living with his girlfriend, that was in December of 2020. Not a good place.
Recommended1 year old 1, 2 and 3 bedroom secured units., beautiful location, very close access to free public (RTD) transportation, grocery store and just about anything else you might want/need. Paid utilities and water, AC, small patios on 1st floor and balconies on 2nd and 3rd floor units. Washer and dryer in each apt. Pet friendly with a nice "dog path," community gardens, fitness room, clubhouse, 2 playgrounds, a large community bbq grill, great manager in leasing office.
