Thank you from the bottom of my heart to every single person I have encountered at the CSU this past week. I will never forget this experience and you have allowed me to navigate a lot of internal battles I’ve been facing. Your kindness and patience and knowledge on mental health has helped me in ways I didn’t think possible. I have nothing but positive things to say about this place. Hey there people idk if you remember me but I stayed with you guys for a week about a year or 2 ago sorry I haven’t written a review I was meaning to anywho when I was there I met an amazing group of people wish I could remember everyone’s name but I can’t sorry but when I stayed there it was so peaceful and relaxing the staff were absolutely amazing and I give them 5 stars outta 5 everyone was so nice and calm it really helped me. Currently going through a rough time. My wife and sister were concerned for my well being and wanted me to stay in the unit for a while to stabilize. When the woman on the phone started asking questions about my hopes and goals, which I do not have due to a life of depression, she was unsatisfied with the answers and denied me a unit, despite assuring me on an earlier visit to the site that I had options.
