A dangerous and negligent organization! I called in about my dying father, and I was treated with no empathy. They spoke over me, wouldn't let me finish a sentence, and hung up. Nobody going through a crisis should be treated this way when they're seeking help. It was a completely dehumanizing experience. The representative and counselor I spoke with were devoid of all empathy and human decency. This organization is dangerous to people already struggling and looking for help. I'm disgusted!
