Absolute trash.... dont you ever send me falsified documents again....
(UPDATE: since posting the following review (nearly 3 months ago) review I have emailed their compliance department and received ridiculous responses. Each time I left gave my name n number and asked them to call me..They won't call. Now I have 3 email addresses and still no response. I filed an SMI grievance with my health plan about it and the decision letter had names of people at Solari that I've never heard of and stated they reached out to me. I was speaking with somebody in their compliance department 6 weeks and 2 days ago about a number of issues, one of them possibly coming to work there and the call dropped. Ever since then their compliance department has been unresponsive. No response. Their compliance department is non-compliant. Nobody takes any responsibility or any accountability for anything. They are just a symptom of the horribly managed behavioral healthcare system here in the great state of Arizona. All they do is tell me to be patient and to call b... read more
