Decided to reach out to this line today for the first time due to a person named John who I had been talking to on 988 recommending it to me as a resource to be able to contact due to not being able to reach him through 988 after termination of lqbtq plus line. He had called me 3 times and left me a voicemail to contact him. Don't bother!!! Absolutely unprofessional unethical and no help!! They add insult to injury and do it well! They can't even keep staff! Let repeat abusive callers call over and over! The State of Arizona hands money to this organization hand over fist! Most unprofessional place to work!
