Medicinal help was okay. Its been a few years but half of the staff were angels, the other half judgemental and rude. Ended up at another fbc facility in concord. Staff and environment were completely different.

Was stripped naked before I was handed my clothes to put on when I was discharging. Was also told I couldn't put my shoes on until I was out in the parking lot. Had to walk across the parking lot barefooted because I can't bend down. Terrible. Might get a lawyer to look into this place.

I was there one year ago as of May 31st. I will be clean one year on June 1st 2023. Staff was amazing and anointed in their positions. Thank you CRC Monroe. I now work for Miracle Hill Ministries in Greenville South Carolin as a live-in M.T. to help women out of detox and jail to become and stay clean in our 9-month christ-centered rehabilitation. God himself provides the fire and as for me I will provide the sacrifice.

Had a family member there. The weekend staff was arrogant, condescending, and rude. Completely disorganized and unwilling to assist in rectifying problems which they caused. If you have a choice between this and another facility, choose the latter. There was a counselor there named Renee, she was caring and. compassionate, but even she couldn’t make up for the rest of the incompetent staff.
