I will admit that most of the staff is much better than it used to be (other than the director). But the "food" is absolute garbage. You're locked in this place, with nothing else to eat, trying to get your health back and they feed you the cheapest, most disgusting thing imaginable just to save a few bucks. It just adds insult to injury. They charge more than luxury hotel prices and they can't even feed you something remotely appetizing or nutritious? UNBELIEVEABLE! Crisis receiving unit!?…The facility is a crisis!.. And, I don’t mean in a good way! Never wore masks through the time of Covid. They break vulnerable adult rules and get away with it. There a lawsuit waiting to happen!…And what can I say about the staff….They need a sign that says Ratched station!
I know the staff inside heard me honking myhorn for help. I got brutally assaulted in the parking lot and not one staff member helped or called the police.
