Terrible. Absolutely terrible. They have NO idea at all. There was an old vinyl mattress on the floor that they pulled a drunk lady off of. The mattress was wet with urine or vomit was not cleaned. And they expect you to stay in there until they find help. It took more than 12 hours to find placement and you're expected to sit or lay on a piss soaked mattress on the floor. Yeah that's definitely going to help the situation. What a joke.
I've gone here before and they really helped me although the concept was scary
