I am in here for the second time in three months. You have two people in a room with no room in here to move around The person in the other beds, family remarked on the fact that I had pneumonia. There is no expectation of Hippa being followed When they take you down the hall on a stretcher, you’re like you’re in a grocery store with all the promos lined up in the aisle along with people sitting in the hallway. Omg run for your life! My 16 year old son hurt his wrist skiing and came here. They did an X-ray which showed a slightly sprained wrist. They gave him a flimsy sling and a wrist brace and then sent me a bill for $240 just for the sling and brace. This is so bad. This is what is so horrible about our system. Where I live (Arlington, VA) they don’t do this. The bill came from a company called Breg. BEWARE! This should be illegal.

I love the way the staff takes care of u ! From checking in to getting me to the x ray department . My x ray tech was very polite and took her time to make my visit as pleasant a possible considering the pain i was in ! I had a Mri in waynesboro awhile back and realized why i always come to Gettsyburg Pa The efficient way they take care and their consistent concern for me as a patient makes me a very appreciative of Gettsyburg Wellspan Hospital!
