Called the number and got no response not even a call back. They don't care if we do this or not
Looks like things haven't changed much after looking at other comments. I was trying to get a teen some help.....waited for over 30 mins...I got an answer but whoever was on the other end never said anything...all I could hear was typing and other background noise and occasionally sounds that they were picking up the phone. I heard another phone ring that they answered as the crisis hotline and at that point they ended my call. Super unfortunate that this is the quality of help teens have in the area.
These are not the people to speak with. They’re untrained volunteers. Call the National hotline, please.... don’t give up!
Called 4 times really for the first time wanted to talk to someone... my phone went dead and no one ever answered the phone. I would not donate to the organization; because when I got the courage to fill any ask for a ear to hear... NO ONE WAS ON THE OTHER END>>> SO IM NOT TRYING ANYMORE< PEOPLE REALLY PEACE IM OUT
