I was sent to Dr. Criser by my dentist to examine old root canal to see if retreatment was needed. I was extremely impressed with everyone in his office. Dr. Criser is so nice and so professional. I felt so comfortable and at ease there. Believe me, going to the dentist or specialist is no easy task for me. I get extremely anxious and very nervous. I had my first root canal surgery at the ripe old age of 90 ! Naturally I was very apprehensive, but as soon as I met Dr. Criser I liked him and knew I would get along fine! If you have to have dental work this is the dentist and staff you want to deal with. I am no fan of going to the dentist but this has been the easiest dental procedure I have ever had. I would highly recommend Dr. Criser and his staff to anyone needing a root canal or other dental procedure.
Dr. Criser takes his time to make a patient comfortable, and informed every step of the way, in what is happening. I appreciate his great chairside manners, and his promptness of taking care of my problem.
