Yesterday a branch fell on my car (I wasn't in it luckily) and shattered my back windshield. It was right at 5pm, and I frantically called the office. Cris and Nancy happened to still be in, and within a half hour, they had a claim ready to go and I dropped it off at Gerber Collision and Glass. This is my first experience with any sort of car related issue, and I'm so grateful for the help I received. Truly the best of McHenry County #likeagoodneighbor #statefarmwasthere
