We had a deer strike going 70 MPH on route 69 on our way up to MI from our home in TN. Our 2023 Volvo XC60 protected my wife and I perfectly but sustained tremendous front-end damage. The car was towed to Crippen Volvo auto body shop where Joe St. Pierre and his team took over. Joe said that the car would be put back together with OEM parts and be better than new. I can’t believe it’s a Volvo dealership. Car has been there for two weeks and I can’t even get anyone to give me an update. Finally got a response and was told they only have one tech and even the service writer is leaving. Highly recommend going to a different dealership
