Crippen did a good job with recall on my Volvo but it took considerably longer than expected
I brought my car in to get a new key fob. I was told it would take 2-3 hours. The service techs found another issue during a routine inspection that I authorized for them to complete at 2:38PM. I didn't hear back from anyone about the progress of my vehicle until the next morning. I then received a text telling me that the part required for this additional service was out of stock at 7:18 the next morning. Al Travis was amazing. So nice and patient as I explained everything to my son. Nice car, so clean. Financing dept was also great. Awesome overall experience!!
