Zach was fast and answered all questions. When I had limited time, Zach was prompt and quick which helped. I asked other HVAC specialists to help with a UV light air purifier. No one could figure it out but Tim at Cripe did. He researched until he found the correct product. His effort and the installation technician Zach both provided customer service above and beyond.
