I wasn’t informed of what was done even though I called and left a voicemail.
They worked hard replacing my old furnace and A/C units. It took a couple of days. They missed one pipe to cap. But they sent someone the next day to cap the pipe.
Replaced two parts in less than 20 mins and got our AC back up in running. HIGHLY recommend
Our ac went out a couple days ago, Cripe sent Zach out next day. He replaced the part and had it working in about 15 minutes. Thank you!!
