The owner is very knowledgeable and friendly. He has ordered parts for me on more than one occasion and they arrived in a timely manner. Prices are very reasonable too. I highly recommend Crimson Wireless for all your cell phone needs.

The gentleman working there was up front and honest about fixing my phone. Gave me a cost before he started working on it. Completely resolved the issue with the phone. Absolutely recommend bringing your devices here to have them repaired. Very satisfied.
I also had a good experience here and recommend him. Thought I needed a new phone battery but he suggested waiting longer before changing.
Jammed my sim card tray into my phone and couldnt get it out. The guy at the counter looked it over and popped it out easy. Made me look stupid but didnt charge me for it. Great customer service!
