I have used Crimson Trace Laser's for years but never had the need to send something in for repairs. As a law enforcement officer I carry many hours in a day and the wear and tear on the equipment adds up. Recently the laser quit working and I sent it in for repair. I was just advised that the laser could not be repaired but that the company was sending me a new one. You just don't find customer service like that anymore. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is looking to upgrade their weapons.
