The owners are very nice. We had an appointment for 2 tattoos one day with Jon. He spent a long time drawing up the tattoos & many hours on my husband's tattoo. When it was my turn, I feel like it was a rushed tattoo or he was possibly burned out. I feel like he should have just rescheduled if that was the case.
