I’ve had quite a disappointing experience with this property agency. Unfortunately, they haven’t answered my calls or messages for the past three days, and the broker is completely unresponsive. This certainly doesn’t feel like a professional or ethical business practice, and it’s been really frustrating trying to get any support.
Jerry is the most professional and emotionally intelligent property manager I have ever met. He excels at resolving nuanced disputes between landlords and tenants, and offers plenty of practical, professional and tactful advice to maintain harmonious relations between both parties.
