BAN this Building. DO NOT RENT! The city and health administration are looking at this building because of nonstop mice issues that they don't take care of posing health risks. It is full of mice. People smoke and it smells. The laundry in the building never works. Non-stop package theft. 100's of phone calls and they will not fix anything. It is filthy. Scary Elevator. We have stayed here for a few years and we have seen it get worse and worse every year.
Living in Cambridge in MA is like living in a small, quiet yet academically vibrant European city. I have lived in Crimson Court from 2023 to 2024 and really enjoyed myself a lot there--excellent air quality, picturesque town, churches among buildings, nice food--everything so accessible and yet unique. Everything becomes so much better with the help from the Crimson Court Management team and the wonderful maintenance group. Great place to live in, we've been staying here for three years and we absolutely love it here. Especially because of the professional service we get from the management company, Gabels residential. I highly recommend this place.
