Shane, tried to walk me through troubleshooting at 9pm. He said he would have his guys here around 8am. 7:53 they rang the doorbell and promptly got to work. They had to dig to thoroughly vacuum the tank and explained that was not done previously based on the solids they saw. The two men who were onsite were so courteous and explained everything. My entire experience guaranteed I will never use another company.

Excellent service on septic tank maintenance. Turns out Shane installed the tank when the house was built and thanks to it having a filter, we didn't have any issues with clogged field lines despite going longer than we should before performing maintenance. Whew!

As luck would have it, my septic tank backed up on a Sunday evening. Knowing no one would be open, I started calling a few places to leave messages for them to call me first thing Monday morning. At a friend's recommendation, I called Crimson and was surprised when Shane answered the phone, again, it was Sunday evening. Shane does a great job. He is honest and reliable.
Called and they came within 1.5hrs fast friendly, reasonable rates for an emergency call out. Highly recommend them to someone.
