Took my husband out for his birthday. Ordered fried shrimp and Baby back ribs. The food came. It was lukewarm warm, and we could not see any steam coming from it. When we proceeded to it, we realized that the food was in the process of spoiling and tasted funny. I ordered from @Doordash. I have since deleted the app. I have NEVER been addressed from a manager like I was from Lauren. We we’re missing an item and our sandwich (Reuben) was burnt black. I called and immediately treated as though I shouldn’t have called, or used a 3rd party. Lauren was rude, disrespectful, condescending, and then I find out she’s “the manager on duty”. RecommendedGreat food & service. The best Greek salad I’ve ever had! The Asiago chicken pasta is also very good. My daughter likes the chicken tenders which always arrive to the table hot & crispy. These people leaving bad reviews over mandatory masks & tv volume kill me. Guess y’all were never told “no” as children 🤷🏻♀️

I have health issues that exempt me from wearing a mask 7 issues to be exact... I intentionally go sit in the bar area to avoid the hosts stand and being told to wear one or be judged or given looks.. i do not appreciate being chased down by your staff (yes she followed us from the host stand to the table by the outside door in the bar dining area)asking me why i don't have one on and being asked if id prefer to sit outside.. then told next time i have to wear one or I HAVE TO SIT OUTSIDE... that's discrimination. I ordered take out several times since pandemic and food was always exceptional. I'm not a fan for pick up and take out but never an issue with Crimson. From initial phone call to servers calling me back to take my order service has been great. Thanks Crimson!

The food is always good and the beer is always cold.
My 1st time here and had the Risotto with steak (the special was with Salmon, which I don't eat) it was the best I ever had. I wish they would have it every day. I will definitely be coming back again. Thank you for the delicious food.
