We had a bumpy start with CPSS. We bought a home from Lennar with a panel already installed. I think it was an out of date panel personally but after some issues and calls we finally got good resolution. We now have a nice updated panel with a great app. Customer service has always been positive with no issues there. They worked hard to make it right after all parties agreed the panel was the issue. Thanks!
