After dropping my load in Tempe AZ I drove there truck from Phoenix AZ to Fresno CA back to the yard without being payed for the miles i drove .He also cheated on my pay check and upon my arrival to the yard the owner of the truck company GK Xpress inc, Gary Kang lied about pretending that he had a load for me leaving from Phoenix to Fresno wish was a total lies because he never gave me the load information on my phone in additions i informed him that i was going to run out of hours and i could not make it back to Fresno ... read more

I was told by my former employer the owner of the Security Prevention Security 1 to bring the work uniform at location on Sierra blvd in Fresno so i would get pay. After parking my car at the location for about half an hour an employee patrol car from the company Crime Prevention Security 1 pulled to parking lot next to me.I brought my security work uniform to the employee he handle me my check that mentioned an illegal deduction. i contacted the owner of the company to let him know the fact that he charged me $ 50.00 for ... read more
