Called about low water pressure in the kitchen and a shower drain that that was leaking. Scott and Dawson came out and got everything fixed up. They were super professional and gave me some advice on things to lookout for that may need attention in the future. Will be using Crider for any plumbing needs in the future.
Called them to my home for a constant running toilet and leak from a pipe under my downstairs bathroom. They came in and were very professional, not once tried to be pushy about things I didn’t request for them to fix, and were fast and efficient. Received my bill from them yesterday, and wasn’t charged an ungodly amount for their services. Highly recommend this plumbing company, definitely will be using them in the future!

Crider canceled the day of the job. We had called 3 weeks ago to set this up. It was a $6,000+ job but they didn't come to look at it until the day before they were supposed to start and even then they didn't call us until I called the next morning expecting to meet them there. Definitetly unreliable and they don't take their scheduled jobs seriously even though it is a significant one. Very disappointed.
