I needed to speak to scheduling today at Union. I had such a kind and caring young lady named Amanda. I made a mistake with a nurse practioner appointment and Amanda was so understanding and said not to worry we will get it straightened out. Which she absolutely accomplished. Throughout the whole conversation it went very well and with kindness and understanding. Thank you Amanda so much for your kind ways. Went to get new patient paper work, was planning to return the same day since someone said it would take up to 2 HOURS to fill out. It took me 10 minutes. Returned at 4:30 since they close at 6 and they failed to communicate to me that they don’t take new patient paper work after 4PM. What a joke. Wasted my time and my gas. What a crap resource that I HAVE to use. *I can’t roll my eyes hard enough*
