I lost two $5 bills in the machine at Webster I notified them and got a refund!!! I was pleasantly surprised!! 5 stars!!
Everywhere your machines malfunction and rip people off. There's a 1 in 3 chance you'll get ripped off with your machines. Need to do better, your products are already overpriced and you take advantage of your customers.

Great selection! Also love the fact that there are multiple ways to contact them on the machines in case of malfunctions.
Excellent machines and customer service! We have them all over campus at the University of Rochester, and they’re always filled properly and have a great selection of products. Huge bonus for accepting contactless and NFC payment as well!!
Horrible overpriced items. When they deliver the food it's in a cooler in the back of a non refrigerated truck. If a sandwich or salad has cheese, it's already melted due to it being in a hot truck.
