Great experience with Crickets Flowers. They were very responsive and helpful, and they went out of their way to assist me with a hard-to-find item for my daughter’s birthday party. Communication was easy, they were very kind throughout the process, and they made something happen for me that I really appreciated. It’s clear they really care about customer service and helping people when they can. I’m very grateful and would absolutely recommend them.
Delivered on time and in very fresh. Lots of well-chosen flowers for the price. Even some pink roses, which the recipient loves and which I often request, but I didn't request them this time -- I don't suppose the Crickets staff remembered me?! If so, very thoughtful!
Ordered flowers for the first time for my long distance partner 5000mi away and got a beautiful arrangement for valentines with next day delivery. Flowers came exactly how the website shows if not better. Definitely will be trusting and ordering from Crickets again.
amazing. i can't think of a single flaw with this transaction: i called, laid down the specifics of my order ("i want this kind of bouquet for this amount of money"), they were friendly, needed maybe 5 minutes on the call, and delivered the same day when i thought they'd be too busy (2 days before valentine's day!).
I am very happy about the flowers I ordered from Crickets. The flowers were sent to my mother for her birthday! They were beautiful and my mother loved the arrangement. Crickets will always be my go to florist.
