The coffee, lattes, machiatos, chai lattes and food are awesome, some of the best service I have found at any coffee shop.
Everything was exceptional! Food, service, atmosphere. They were extremely busy and we were surprised by how quickly we got our food and how delicious everything was. In town for college visits. Highly recommend
This is a cool place to hang out and eat. The Food is great, the staff are friendly. All in all I enjoy myself the couple of times that I have been in there.
Please re-train your noon time barista on Tuesdays to pull an espresso shot. The raspberry strawberry cold foam barely has any flavor. Needs another pump of syrup for both. And more mocha. I swear I BARELY had a fingernails worth of "mocha" at the bottom of the cup. It wasn't mixed in either. What a missed opportunity to swirl it on the side, customers love that! Ordered two items and only received one, with no utensils. Out of the 4 people at our table, three of us on separate occasions asked for utensils to be told they were “coming right out” we ended waiting over ten minutes for a fork; and that was because one in our party got it from another table. After Waiting for an additional 15 minutes, I asked for the other half of my order. They apologized and brought it out, but they gave me an item I asked to be removed due to dietary restrictions.
