Order was not put in correctly because of computer glitch. However, Joanne made the missing item quickly and offered us a gift certificate which we refused as it wasn't necessary. Her apology and sincerity were very much appreciated. And, the food was EXCELLENT!
We had breakfast here while visiting the area for Letchworth State Park. My B.E.S.T. sandwich and my wife's eggs and potatoes were amazing! Highly recommend their London Fogs, too. The lady behind the counter was very sweet and welcoming!
When we walked in we were greeted by a long, awkward stare from the staff, not the best first impression. Staff was overall unenthusiastic, unhelpful, and inhospitable. Food wasn’t bad but just flat out mediocre. My friend’s soup came out cold, and when we politely asked the waitress to warm it up she mumbled something and disappeared for a mysteriously long time.
