I came in this evening and Stephanie got me all hooked up with a new iPhone with a new line out the door with the quickness!!!!!!!! She was super nice and friendly. 10/10 highly recommended!!!!

Cricket was supposed to adjust my bill and failed to do so! Then Cricket was supposed to call me back and failed 4 times. Now I call and they hung up on me twice I am done with cricket you lost this customer! If anyone else is experiencing these problems I believe it would be a class action law suit go Google Chris Myers The lady at this location said we can't help you sorry you have to call customer service, well customer service hangs up on my all the time not a way to treat your customers BYE BYE service is very poor!
