Sold me a broken phone. Owner couldn't have cared less. The employee in the store called her and she said she would call back and didn't. Just went on about her night and when he called back acted like she had no idea why he was calling again. Referred him to some regional woman who was driving and eating talking to me on video. SO unprofessional, I changed carriers. NEVER again. Never EVER again.
Young lady fixed my payment problem
The girl that sold me and my husband phones we brought the phones at the price in your business. We paid for new phones the girl promised we had new phones been having problems with phone and we got insurance she lied to us and never told us about the late fee she just wanted the commission from the sale whack as girl and crooks the whole company
If you need a phone and want great Customer service go to them. I don’t usually do reviews but they helped resolve an issue that nobody else could figure out. Will be going back and referring
