La señora es muy amable
Jihad helped me activate a phone from Verizon and port over my number. He was very persistent when we were denied and eventually overcame the blocks that were put in place. He was very patient and kind the whole time. Very professional demeanor and character.
Went in today, so I could deactivate my line with Cricket. But the latino guy was kinda rude. But the other one was very nice, he actually helped me how to do it. Even made the call for me. He deserves a raise. PHENOMENAL customer service from him!!
Franklin & Jihad have been the best customer service I have ever received in 46 yrs of my life. I needed kindness and walked right into cricket and was mind blown and the heart felt customer service!
