The people in the store are nice and over the phone were nice but they don’t honor their deals online or in store. (Mind you I went in the store January 29)There is a promotion to switch to get a iPhone 16 E for $50 and pay two months of your bill. The same deal was promoted in store, and that is the deal that I wanted. A month later a statement is popping up on my portal that I owe $55 when a bill wasn’t supposed to be due until April because I paid two months of my bill when I purchased the phone.
