before i went to the stores i cheched thw hours a d it said i was open when i got there there was a paper that said closed. please update your hours online so i dont wast my time going.
They have paid one of their other customers cell phone bills using my debit card. They offered nothing to me as compensation for stealing my money and giving it to someone else, well, anything more then the bare minimum of getting my money back and letting me swipe again and hope that it would be applied to the correct account this time. And recently because of a separate issue that was part their websites fault and part my fault, they shut off my phone. More expenses is NOT what I need.
They were very helpful and figured out how to fix my phone with no problem
