They have given us exceptional customer service and gone the extra mile to help our needs time and time again. Definately a customer oriented environment. Thank you Vincennes Cricket for pulling us out of a quagmire. Your staff deserves a shout out!
Never been to a place where the staff even the manager was so uneducated about the product and how their service works, I have had cricket service for about 2 years and satisfied with it but stay away from this particular store I drove to Princeton and got my issue handled immediately with no issues and no waiting and they knew exactly what I needed.
my family and I switched Sunday and while everyone else was happy with their phones I unfortunately was not but Jennifer Jo went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Her and the rest of the employees are great and very knowledgeable but she's by far my favorite. I would recommend cricket to anyone looking to save money and switch!
I do not recommend this store for several reasons. Most recently, today I had to leave the store after a couple walked in with their dog. I and my daughter are severely allergic. When I asked the employees if pets were allowed they said yes, because they don’t serve food. I indicated that I was allergic. They said they couldn’t ask the people with the dog to leave, even though I was in the store first. So I left. Pretty sure that’s a violation of the ADA.
