They were Great before they moved! Hire the old staff back!! They were friendly & helpful then.
I hope that I can say they are good. I went in to pay my bill yesterday and the computer was down. Being the trusting person I am..... She said leave the money and your info and she would get it done in a bit. I woke up today without service lol. I know she didn't intentionally rip me off and I fully expect this woman to get things right as soon as they open. As for the 611 customer care person I talked to at first....... horrible customer service he provided. The 2nd guy was much nicer.
So mad right now!! Come on Cricket train your people!! You got me to use your service and like so many others after a few months decide to start charging us for in store pay. Then your employee gets me to get the phone insurance but doesn't bother to tell me 1) that there is a deductible , 2) you need a credit card to pay the deductible. Not only this but your employees can't seem to help your customers, who by the way spend hard earned money for your service , when they are having phone issues!!
