I would give 0 stars if I could. I added my uncle to my account (he switched from Verizon) amber handled that. Well a few days later it’s being a bit weird so he went in and instead of Amber fixing the issue she takes advantage and sells him a phone and a case and one of those tempered glass things lead him to believe the phone doesn’t come with a charger and sells him that too also sells him a protection plan on a freakin $100 phone.
