Go in to get new phones. When employee rings you up they upgrade your plan without asking. When you catch them they say they no longer offer that plan. (Even though we were grandfathered into it.)
Some of the nicest staff I've ever had to deal with! They walked me through what my new phone can do and even though I was confused on some things they showed me again with no hesitation
