This is NOT Discount Two Way Radio Corporation, a company in California. Cricket Ventures LLC owns Buy Two Way Radios. Have done a lot of business with Buy Two Way Radios with no issues.

This company owns a division called Discount Two-way Radios. I ordered a rechargeable battery pack for my Midland radio. After paying for it, a tracking link was never sent let alone a receipt for my purchase. Well guess what? The package was never delivered. The sales manager was rude and basically said the package was delivered and they'll have to file a claim, which they believe USPS will deny. Isn't this so reassuring. purchased kg-uv8d plus, package arrived early which was a welcome surprise. I unpacked the radio and found there was no car charger, no program cable, no mike, no program disk and the radio was an older version also only one antenna believed two should be in the box, not happy for the price I paid.
