These guys are the best. I hope I never have to get towed again, but if so, I'm calling Cricket. Tried calling the place my dealer recommend first (Cary Towing) and got rude dispatcher calling me "sweeheart" who couldn't give me an estimate on price or time they'd get to me. Then I called Cricket. Dispatcher was professional and his estimate on both expense and time were right on. They were even a few minutes early. I have full confidence and trust for service guys at Cricket. They have earned that trust and are well deserved a five stars. I have a 1998 Isuzu Rodeo SUV and my son has a 2005 Frontier Nissan truck and Cricket has taken care of our vehicles for the last six years. I used to bring my vehicle to an import car service which would have been more convenient for me since I live in N/E Raleigh but Transportation and Trust are the two things I don't mess with. Fast work, fair prices, and people who /really/ know cars!
The best!! – We have been having our two Hondas serviced at Cricket for two or three years now. Their prices are very competitive and their service is top-notch. They recently replaced the starter in my 7-year-old Accord, and less than a week later, the car wouldn't start. I called them and--at no charge to me--they came out right away, towed the car back to the shop, and had a replacement starter installed. I will not take our cars anywhere else. I am so blessed to be assisted by a company so prompt and so respectful of my vehicle and my situation. Its not only embarrassing and uncomfortable to be stuck in the middle of the road but mr. Brian H is one of the best towmen they have out there. Him and this company saved my car in a tremendous way @ the drop of a dime and I definitly recommend everyone using this company
