Where do I start with this company?! I hired this company to find a tenant for my rental suite. There former employee stole our rent money and no one from the management team has contacted me to solve this issue. I was NOT notified the former employee was fired until our rental money was stolen. It s a Scam Company. 诈骗公司来的，套路很简单，先给你找租客，低管理费和低推荐费诱导你跟他们签约。签约的确实是BC省政府的正规租房合同（不是和他们公司签的物业管理合同），签约完后一旦租客把钱打给他们，他们就会电话跟你说公司转型不做物业管理或其他理由来索要之前口头协议的管理费和租客推荐费用，但其本意就是第一个月房租和押金不给房东。能把物业公司做成这样也确实挺厉害的。
Cricket property management and their subsequent company matchful.com are currently under investigation. Their assets have been seized. They have stolen hundreds of thousands of dollars from landlords and tenants, primarily in BC and Ontario. They do not respond to calls and teh cricket website has been shut down. Do not use these services. We are out thousands of dollars.
Do not trust company!!! It is an unlicensed and fraud company. This company is under financial and law problem. They will not give landlord money after they received rent from tenant!!!!! Hope all the people will united together and take legal… More
