I found cricket lawn services to be responsive and their staff friendly, a pleasure to work with - they get the job done.
Terrible customer service. I set up an appointment to have them at my house on a certain day so I could be there in case they needed the water shut off as it is inside the house. I waited all day and they did not show. I called Robin and she said she forgot to relay the appointment. I understand that people get busy and can forget things.
