John and Elisabeth, the people who helped me with my problems were very professional.specially John who seemed to have more experience. Elisabeth was also helpful and seek advice from her manager when necessary. I truly liked their services and I would mind recommending them and Cricket noto friends.
Friendly staff, especially sale rep. Villa. She is very attentive, courteous, and transferred my information to my new phone. Thanks Ms. Villa. I have Galaxy A16 5G cellular and have difficulty loading and using WhatsApp. Sales Rep. Villa was very polite, civilized, and helped me in a professional manner. La verdad eh tenido cricket por mucho tiempo y desafortunadamente un empleado llamado Uziel cometió un error y me cortaron mi linea por dos días y terminaron cobrando más dinero pero gracias a Ana pudo solucionar mi problema y ya no tendré que cambiarme de compañía.
