2025 update I just signed another lease agreement very happy with this place if you're looking for an apartment in Mount Pleasant this is the place the service is excellent staff is very friendly I have been in a couple of apartment complexes in Mount Pleasant and I will say this is the best ask for Shannon or Tasha and by the way I am handicapped they treat you very well that is my update don't wait they may not have that many left just moved in I love it nice people staffHad a few little minor problems but the maintenance ... read more

I would strongly caution anyone considering moving into this apartment complex. My experience has been incredibly frustrating from day one. When I signed my lease, I was told a washer and dryer would be installed and the carpet would be replaced before move-in. Neither was done. On my move-in day, not only were those promises unfulfilled, but I also walked into an apartment with a ceiling fan hanging out, damaged blinds, multiple burned-out lightbulbs, holes in the window screens, and visible water damage on the ceiling. I moved into an apartment here and the staff said there were some issues to fix before I moved in and proceeded to not fix those issues for 4 months, they staff is nice but 10/10 I would leave if they tore up my lease.
