Horrible experience! Jeremy is not upfront about how he collects payment, he does not go through escrow! Then when I finally got in touch with him he told me he,would have the report to me that night, he did not send it and told my realtor he did not care about our deadlines. He finally sent the report on Monday morning. Which held us up and now we have to extend escrow. Jeremy I hope you learn about business and being professional.
