WOW what a horrible non responsive inspector. The guys LLC doesn't seem to be a real one either, If you look him up he is not under a California corporation. The guy took our funds and has not sent us a report nor is he picking up. He seems to be the only employee in the company too.
We have been renting a house in Big Bear Lake since October 1st, 2012. Since moving in the management company & homeowner have refused to make any requested & necessary repairs. It finally came to a head on December 15th, 2015. My car was parked in the driveway, on the newly fallen snow, instead of IN the garage because the POS homeowner refused to fix the garage door opener.
