Worked with Christine Koch to look at one home; she took one or more calls as soon as we walked in the door while I looked at the home. After that, she spent time filling out paper work for me to sign. Made a mistake in signing it, but she said she wouldn't hold me to anything (contract) if I didn't want her as an agent. The entire team at CRG Companies was great to work with throughout the construction of our new beach house! We closed in May 2023 and we absolutely love our new beach home.
