I have had the storage unit for a year sometimes I pay a month in advance and sometimes I fall behind maybe a week or two and pay the late fee but now all of a sudden after all this time I’m getting threatened that my unit will be auctioned off because it’s 30 days past it I asked could I pay the previous month which would bring my unit only 15 days past due and I was told no it’s getting ready to be auctioned off and then when I called to make my payment because I don’t like using online cause the process is a little diffic... read more
It was so easy to rent and get information and complete everything online. Moving is hard enough and the gentleman was so very helpful. Never failed to follow up and even courtesy called me to make sure I got in, had lock and had no issues. Very very affordable rates and very clean facility. I would recommend this facility to all my friends. Thank you Clearhome for an easy move on experience.
Really happy with the service here. Everything was smooth and easy from start to finish. The staff was friendly and helpful, the place is clean and secure, and I had no trouble finding the right unit for my needs. It’s great when things just work the way they should. Highly recommend!
Mrs Maria was wonderful and very helpful and informative.. great prices I checked everywhere else in Panama city and clear home self storage is the best..make sure you ask for Mrs maria! She is awesome..!!
Definitely the worst storage unit I've ever had they cut my lock and taken a monthly payment after I already left and bumped the price two months after having my stuff there and they have rats/mice...
