This place is amazing.The staff are really nice and their jewelry is outstanding. They are very knowledgeable and show what needs to be fixed. They are great!!
I needed repair work done on my wedding rings. The center diamond had to be replaced that was lost and it had fractures that needed fixing. The sentimental nature meant that repairing was my only option since my husband had passed away and it was impossible to replace it. Stacey was a sweetheart. I had a bad experience at another jewelry store and after looking online, found Crews Jewelry in nearby Grandview, MO. I wanted s family-owned business that doesn't send your precious jewelry away to be repaired or appraised. Well, I definitely got what I was looking for and more. Crews has been our family's jewelry store for decades. Consistently great and timely service and a beautiful inventory. They have repaired, resized and reworked pieces for us, always with lovely results. Highly recommend!
Crews is the best jewelry store I have been to. They’re eager to help and easy to work with and the pretentiousness is non existent!! Down to earth and they make you feel comfortable. I would highly recommend them for shopping and repairs or modifications!
