We had two different crews. The first day's crew did not wrap our fine wooden furniture or encase the foam mattress toppers in plastic before putting them in the truck. Upon inspection at the new house, there were dings and scratches on our best antiques and many things were dirty. The crew on the second day wrapped everything in moving blankets or plastic before handling them and those items arrived in great shape. Use caution with this company, it's a gamble.
Crew4's Mike S, responded within an hour of my email request with a quote and booking the next business day! Their movers Adam and Joe? Called first, arrived promptly, they were professional and they were gentle with my two giant massage chairs even over rough terrain, each weighing 200 lb! They placed them according to my direction and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. I've never had a better experience with a moving company ever! I had a out of town move yesterday, Josh and Mike has to travel to Oneida, NY. (2 Hours drive). They called me with a arrival time. Very prompt Josh and Mike wrapped and packed up the contents of house #1. And than drove back to Vestal (another 2 hours) to unload furniture for house #2 Drove to Apalachin to unload furniture for house #3! Polite, efficient and hard working, this crew moved our house with minimum hassle. Would definitely hire them again.
They were ptomt , proffessional , care for all of my belongings and made a different move a whole lot eSier !
The two movers were careful with my belongings and they packed everything well. The one guy has a nose ring and the other guy I’m not sure of his name was very upbeat and professional. I hope the company is treating them well because I’ve gotten screwed by a mover before but these two guys know what they’re doing.
Kudos to Josh, TJ, Brian & Matt. Careful & considerate! We couldn’t ask for more from them. Perhaps a little more communication between office and staff would be helpful.
The workers who loaded and unloaded the truck were fast, efficient and friendly, The front office is either understaffed, overwhelmed or incompetent. Our move date was backed up by a day without our knowledge or consent, until we called the office to find out where the truck was. My piano was moved carefully and professionally. Crew4 was courteous and knowledgeable. I would use them again.
