Crew2 communicated well, agreed on a date to do the install, followed up with a time window, and arrived on time. The work was completed, they cleaned the area, and left asking if there were any questions regarding the work. Very courteous folks. Thanks for the great work!
We have used Crew2 three separate times, and each time has been great. Our most recent appointment was for a bedroom and closet to be recarpeted. I received a text 24 hours in advance letting me know their arrival time, received a call 30 minutes before, and the crew arrived on time. They were hear less than 1 hour, and the carpet was installed with no issues. Pictures included. I will continue to go through Home Depot for Carpet installs as long as we can work with Crew2!
Showed up early, helped us move stuff, did an excellent install then helped us move stuff back!
The Crew 2 scheduling folks did an excellent job setting up our Home Depot life long water proof vinyl flooring. The two people (Paul and Thomas) that installed our flooring needs... did an outstanding job and were very professional and fast in their work. They were very courteous, polite and spoke English very well. I would recommend them to any new client of Home Depot and Crew 2 installation services to do installation of the life long water proof vinyl in your home! Thank you for your fine service.
