Shaun didn't complete our back splash. Didn't return many attempts to contact. Left the kitchen sloppy and tiles poorly installed. I made the mistake of paying in full and he evidently didn't feel motivated to make the job correct. We've now paid to have another contractor remove his work and a new back splash installed.
We chose Crew Tile based on their 5 star google rating as well as the fact that they are a small business based in my home town. Initially, our experience with Shaun was very pleasant. Shaun was nice and seemed very knowledgeable. He was hired to complete the backsplash in our newly renovated kitchen. Shaun began and completed installing the tile backsplash all in one day 1/15/18.
