August 11, 2025: Interesting Crew Roofing has blocked me from their FB page. Apparently Customer Service and Satisfaction is not #1 to them. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE CREW ROOFING OR ANY ROOFING BID TO MEASHURE YOUR HOME! JUSTIN AND HE KNOWS IT, HE KEPT COMING UP WITH DEFENSIVE ANSWERS TO LESS THAN A HANDFUL OF QUESTIONS. GLAD TO SEE ALL OF THE GOOD REVIEWS, BUT WHAT IF AS SEEN IN THE PICS NOT KNOWING WHAT WAS NOT CORRECTED. Crew Roofing and Siding recently traveled an hour to our home in Neponset, IL to install new gutters and downspouts, soffit, and fascia. They communicated their arrival, showed up when they said they would, discussed the scope of the work we needed, and worked efficiently to get the job done. The owner even contacted us afterwards to confirm we were satisfied, and then once again after a heavy rain to ensure everything worked as expected.
Jason and Company did a great job. It was all done in one day and the cleanup was excellent.
