Very up set. Went in to get my hair washed and cut. They wouldn't take me because they closed in an hour. Only place I know of that would deny service. Just because they close in an hour. No one else was in the store either. It was just the 4 hair dressers.

The women told a mentally disabled person to shhh when clearly he had a problem but still. and then asked them "do you not know what 15% is?! " my service was fine but that was just rude !

I Have been Going there for Years , as A Child , i am now 24 and still go there , They are always very Nice and i Have Never had a Problem but 1 time and they Gave me a Free Haircut and Eye brow Waxing ! i Will Continue Going There . The Ladies are Great There ! #CustomerForLife !

I have been going to Crew Cuts for years now. Some of the hairdressers are better with men's cuts than others, but Lisa is by far the best! She always remembers my preferences (and I don't go nearly as often as i should) and gives me a perfect fade every time. The counter staff is also excellent.

I've been going to Crew Cuts for several years and find the highest level of professionalism including the owner being on site almost every time I have an appointment. They try to assist you in having several technicians available to serve you for whenever one of them aren't available, you'll have another to get that unexpected appointment taken care of . I work with 3 different techs. I'm always pleased with the results, and if there was a concern or problem the owner is always available to make sure you walk out the doors ... read more

I would give zero stars if allowed. I had walked in without an appointment. While I was waiting a customer came in behind me and was seated before me. The desk clerk was rarely at her desk and the hair cutters were making the appointments, bypassing me. When I asked them why someone after me was being seated first they lied to my face and told me he had an appointment, while I was sitting there listening to the whole conversation and knew he was a walk in also.
